Judo

Strength training for judoka is our ‘home turf’. The founder of BASICS worked for six years as the national strength & conditioning coach and currently supports a regional performance centre for youth development. Alongside his practical work, he developed an athletic concept for building young athletes – and this expertise flows directly into the Judo profile.
